Really commercial grade!!!
I used to go the gym regularly (2hrs day 7 days a week). But recently I've moved to a home gym. Well this home gym is in a basement with a cold cement floor. I wanted a standard gym mat that wasn't too soft and squishy would take lots of abuse and would protect me from the cold cement floor. Well this sucker is wonderful. The pad is thick and firm I cannot feel the cement through the pad. My husband does pushups on it and he says it feels great. It is easy to clean and well made (seams and stitching are great). Also carrying this things around (folding and unfolding w/ handle) is easy. I have a small gym so I fold it out of the way when I'm not using it. If you leave a heavy item (like a 25lb weight) on the pad overnight it'll leave a dent but then magically when you come back later for your workout its gone!More detail ...
