Do not buy from these people
I purchased a new peanut ball as a Christmas gift for my autistic nephew. My sister opened it the day after Christmas and tried to inflate it only to discover that it leaks. She tried to follow up by calling the info on the packing slip with no luck. When I called the company on the packing slip Aeromat Fitness Products they said that I had to call the company who makes the product Workout Healthy and gave me a phone number that started with area code 301. I called it and got someone's personal voice mail not a company. I looked up Workout Healthy's website and called their 888 number and was told that I could not get a refund or exchange unless I returned the product "unopened". I asked "How can I know that it's defective without opening it?" The woman I spoke to simply said that "that's our policy". Nice. Please avoid the hassle and do not order anything from Aeromat or Workout Healthy. More detail ...
