Great Balance Workout
I have only used these a couple of times so far but it's fun. I purchased this as a balance workout for the times that I could not get to the gym for what ever reason. It's something I can do at home and with more than 2 of these I'm not bored.
I think it is best to have more than a pair...Otherwise I think I may get bored pretty fast.More detail ...
